Norm has spent over a decade in electronics recycling — as a used-computer broker, a commercial electrical systems designer, and as Director of Operations for a Minnesota electronics recycler. He handles pickups, processing, and data destruction.

Lili has been a Hennepin County Community Recycling Ambassador for over ten years, alongside 15 years in bilingual public health service for the County. She's spent her career teaching people how to keep things out of the landfill. She handles client relationships.

 Four steps. We handle all of them.

1. You call. Tell us what you have.
2. We pick up. On-site, on your schedule, no minimum load.
3. We destroy the data. Every drive wiped or physically destroyed.
4. We document it. Materials sheet, and a Certificate of Destruction on request.

Everything goes to a vetted recycling R2 certified partner or gets refurbished for reuse. 

What we can't take, we'll tell you who can.
